Intended Use

Only smell the product through the nose as directed.

First-Time Users If you are new to smelling salts, begin by holding the bottle at arm's length and take a light smell.

If desired, gradually move the bottle closer on future uses until you find a comfortable distance.

Never place the bottle directly against or inside your nostrils.

Directions

• Add one teaspoon of water into bottle. screw lid tight.
• Shake the bottle gently before each use.
• Hold the bottle approximately 4–8 inches (10–20 cm) below your nose.
• Take one brief smell through your nose.
• Recap the bottle immediately after use to preserve freshness and potency.
• Wait several minutes before smelling again if needed.
